地中の太陽と呼ばれる金は 太陽エネルギーの象徴であり
日本でも神聖なものとして扱われてきました。

鎌倉時代から続く金箔押として
何年もの修行期間を得て習得される、複雑な職人技を伝承。
たおやかな金箔の輝きで『驚き、癒し、そして感動』を提供してまいります。

私たちはこれを守りながらも進化させ、
次世代に丁寧に繫いでいきたいと願っています。

Furthermore, we are involved in renovation and restoration of cultural assets all over the country. Especially, we are particular about Kyoto’s unique technique such as “omo-ashi and ‘suri-urushi’ We have handed down the highest level of craftsmanship in Japan.

In recent years, not only wooden products,Developed into a technique that can apply gold leaf to various materials and shapes.Works by contemporary artists, interior goods, miscellaneous goods, etc. It is attracting attention not only from Japan but also from overseas.

弟子7人を育成。
うち3人を伝統工芸士に育て上げ、また2人を独立させている

1996Acquired the title of traditional craftsman certified by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry

2015Received the Kyoto Prefecture Traditional Industry Excellent Technician Award (Kyoto Master Craftsman)

2016Received the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry Director’s Award

Trained 7 disciples.
3 of them have been raised to be traditional craftsmen,
